ORDER CANCELLATION:
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at: support@techdepotllc.com, if you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER:
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at: cedric@nuffced.net, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES :
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded.
